Welcome to the F.A.I.T.H. Agency!
KNOWLEDGE - THE BEST DEFENSE FOR THOSE WRONGLY ACCUSED.

F.A.I.T.H. is an acronym for False Allegations Information, Training, and Help.  The F.A.I.T.H. Agency is a faith-based, 501(c)3 religious educational organization that disseminates Information and provides Training and Help to parents who are falsely accused of child neglect/abuse.  Child Abuse/Neglect are defined as:

  • Abuse exists when a person under the age of eighteen (18) is suffering from, has sustained or may be in immediate danger of suffering from or sustaining a wound, injury, disability or physical or mental condition caused by brutality, neglect or other actions or inaction of a parent, relative, guardian or caretaker. TCA 37-1-102 (1); 37-5-103 (1)

  • Neglect: Acts of commission of failure to provide for basic needs of a child including but not limited to food, medical care, and safe living conditions

We believe that child abuse and neglect are serious crimes that must be punished to the extent of the law, and we also believe that by providing resources, understanding, and guidance to children and parents through the love of Jesus Christ, people can be rehabilitated, relationships can be healed, ultimately keeping families intact. We Also Offer Homeschooling...

It has been our experience that the general public (along with a number of school/state officials and a few educators) suspect homeschools to be potential breeding grounds child neglect/abuse because homeschools are widely unmonitored.

While this may be the case for some, we believe that many homeschools provide very loving and healthy learning environments.  Learn more...

The Evil 10 Commandments of DCS

I. We art the government which art here to help thee!

II. Thou art guilty!

III. I have set before thee this day a public defender, thou shalt bring no private attorney before us.

IV. Thou shalt not make any grave attempt to defend thyself!

V. Thine supporters are all liars!

VI. Except thou comply with our permanency plan thou dost not love thine children!

VII. Thou shalt not take the deeds of our workers public!

VIII. Thou shalt not covet thine parental rights, thine civil rights nor the rights of thine children!

  1. .  Thou shalt bow down and obey us for we art a mighty department denying visitation to parents and grandparents!
  2. .  Remember thine hearing date, but keep it quiet, for six minutes shalt thou be there and in six minutes we shalt destroy
          your family.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

Demand a copy of a Search Warrant

DID YOU KNOW ...?

1) You do not have to speak with a government worker or allow them into your home without a search warrant.

2) You do not have to feel intimidated.  The law states that a search warrant is required before entering a private home.

3) In order for a government worker to receive a search warrant, the agent must have some sort of evidence.  It can not be an anonymous phone call or allegations without supporting evicence.

4) Even after a search warrant is obtained, it only allows the agent to interview the child or person listed on the warrant.  If you are not listed, you are not required to answer any questions.

5) Being cooperative without authorities does not mean you must waive you rights.  Do not allow agents to look inside your home without a warrant.

6) It is unlawful for an agent to force entry into your home whether by threats or intimidation.

7) Agents typically do not request warrants because a) most citizens do not know their rights b) there is not enough evidence to obtain one, and c) they do not want to be restrictd in their investigation against your rights. Know your rights!
